Cancelling

Sign in to your account and click Cancel subscription, then confirm. If you don't have an account password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to get one, or contact your provider.

What happens when you cancel

• You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account is removed and you won't be charged again.
• Changed your mind? Click Keep my subscription on your account page before the period ends, and your subscription carries on as if nothing happened.
• Paying by crypto, Venmo or Cash App? These don't renew by themselves, so simply not paying again ends your subscription at the end of the period. Telling your provider is still polite.

You're welcome back any time: use Start again on your account page, and you'll be set up on the same plan.
