Frequently asked questions
I paid, but I can't get in yet.
- Silo: you need to open your invite link and create your account first. If you don't have one, ask your provider.
- Plex: accept the invitation email from Plex. Check your spam folder.
- Venmo or Cash App: if you forgot the code in the note, your provider has to match the payment by hand. Let them know you've paid.
- Card or crypto: it's usually instant. If it's been more than an hour, contact your provider.
My invite link doesn't work.
Make sure you're using the newest link you were sent. If your subscription ended before you used it, the link no longer works; pay again for a new one.
I forgot my account password.
Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to get a link by email (if your provider sends emails), or ask your provider for an account link. Opening it lets you choose a new password. This is only the password for your account page; for your Plex, Emby, Jellyfin or Silo password, use that app's own reset, or ask your provider.
Can I change the email on my account?
Ask your provider. Your account is tied to the email address you paid with.
How many streams can I watch at once?
It depends on your plan. Ask your provider.
Is my card information safe?
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your provider never sees your full card number.
My payment was declined.
You're in a grace period of a few days and can keep watching. Update your card or pay another way before it ends. See Renewals and missed payments.
It says "Too many attempts… please wait".
To keep accounts safe, signing in, asking for password links and starting checkouts are limited for each internet connection. Wait the time it shows (at most an hour) and try again.
It says the service "isn't taking new subscribers right now".
Your provider has reached the number of subscribers their plan allows. Check back later, or contact them. If you're already a subscriber, you can still renew.
